The world of procurement
and commissioning can seen a daunting one for many voluntary and community
organisations, with a whole range of new terminology, processes and legislation
to deal with.  There are, however, a range of opportunities for groups to engage
in delivering public services by bidding for tenders.  
 
This short guide can

contacts in order to explore further whether undertaking a tender is for them!
