Cluster Staff Becky O’Neill is a native El Pasoan and  has been in education for
34 years.  She received her Bachelors and Masters degrees from UTEP.  Becky
taught for nine years in a variety of grade levels in a neighboring district &
was an elementary principal for eighteen years serving at Vista Hills
Elementary, Pasodale Elementary Middle School, Tierra del Sol Elementary, and
most recently at Mission Valley Elementary. Becky and her husband, Pat have two
